2 AM Thoughts

I guess it's in human nature to make comparisons among people, including ourselves. It must be one hell of a task to figure out why we work the way we do. Humans are greedy. Essentially, that's what pushes us to make these comparisons in our heads. One may say that it is okay to do so, one may defend the opposite. There is no concrete answer to any question that has ever been asked, nor will there ever be. This is not an argumentation. I just really needed to blabber and something to ramble on about.

Striving for success is one thing, becoming blinded by the rush of feelings one gets from being too ambitious, too fast is another. As a great man once said, "There's nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come." Furthermore, we could continue on our steps, but with more attention and less mind-wandering. Ultimately, when the time has finally arrived, it shall all end. It is as non-satisfactory as it is powerful. I came to realize that this is a never-ending cycle. As I've mentioned above, human nature is not only unexplainable, but also full of avarice. It's fascinating how the very moment we obtain something, let it prevail our bodies and souls, and the very moment it finally finishes, we start this cycle all over again. What's the point in all of the effort being put if it's not an ever-lasting satisfaction? One might never find out.

24.12.2023 00:30- Ne yaparsam yapayım kendime iyi gelemiyorum. Sanki bu hayatı başkası için yaşıyor gibiyim. Daha iyi olma yönünde heves ve isteğim yok. Sadece bu hayattan siktir olup gitmek istiyorum. Yaşayacağım son günü ve alacağım son nefesi bekliyorum heyecanla. Heyecan duyduğum tek şey bu olabilir. İyi uyumak, iyi beslenmek, kendime bakmak, ilişkilerimi ve hayatımı düzenlemek istemiyorum. Ekrana bakmaktan acıyan gözlerime rağmen bu acıyı dindirmek istemiyorum. Sabah erken kalkacak olsam da önceki gün erken uyumak umrumda değil artık. Annemler eve geldiğinde odadan çıkıp onlarla iletişim kurmak pahasına dişlerimi fırçalamak istemiyorum.
